It's your list, but if it was my list I would also add: Walk Score (http://www.walkscore.com/) and public transportation.

Walking isn't a high priority as most ordinary errands are impractical at best on foot. Even if I went to the grocery store daily, it is far too much to carry a day's supply of food for 4 cats and 6 people. It would be a full granny cart and then some. In fact, I can't think of any one of the errands that we typically do that would be practical via walking or public transportation. Currently I work on a great public transportation corridor with fairly regular hours- but going by public transportation would add close to an hour to my commute each way- and I work a little over 12 miles away from home.
